Sunday, May 15th, 4-6pm Aquarian Sadhana is a technology given to us by Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga specifically for coming through the shift that is happening to the world and in our lives right now – the shift into the Aquarian Age. Starts with a beautiful poem in Gurmikhi (language of Kundalini Yoga) call “Song of the Soul,” and includes a Kundalini Yoga set and 7 blissful mantras chanted to live guitar.
