Details: Gather at 6:30pm to chat/snack (lightly) ~ 7:00pm start the Kundalini Yoga set ~ (optional) make some simple but fun art along the way! (remember that part is completely optional!) ~ after the kriya or yoga set, chat/snack a bit more!

Playshops
Clear and Concious Communication Friday, July 29th, 6:30pm at Laura’s. RSVP for directions! (playshop will go until 8 but we could chant all night if we want!!)
Set aside the seriousness for a little while. Let’s have fun with this one! Real communication is about relaxing into the flow of your own truth, and allowing space for others to do the same. We’ll do a really fun Kundalini Yoga set (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED). We’ll also help open up our energy center for clear and truthful communication and expression with a meditation designed specifically for this purpose and with a fun ‘concert’ of chanting!!
